At The Looking Glass Store, we want your mirror shopping experience to be as smooth as the glass itself. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
We currently ship to all 50 United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Mirrors are fragile items that require special care. All mirrors are packaged with reinforced corner protectors, bubble wrap and foam padding, sturdy corrugated boxes rated for glass transport, and fragile labeling.
Floor mirrors and oversized wall mirrors (over 48 inches) may require additional handling time (1-2 extra business days) due to specialized packaging requirements.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier website.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors and household members first. If the package is still missing, contact us within 48 hours.
